Apply for an NDC or NOC

Own a unit in a Vantage project and want to sell or transfer it? Apply here yourself; you do not need a partner. Vantage checks that you own the unit before anything else happens.

How it works

Vantage first checks against its own records that you own the unit. You may get a call.
You upload the documents on Vantage's list from a private link, so nothing needs to be brought in yet.
Vantage tells you any amount to pay. Pay only into Vantage's own account, quoting your reference.
Once the certificates are issued, you are given a date to come in with the originals.
