1. Who this is between
This agreement is between Vantage Realty Partners ("we", "the network"), which operates the Vantage partner network and the PartnerHub portal, and the agency or individual accepting it ("you", "the partner").
You are an independent business. You are not our employee, agent for service, or representative, and you must never describe yourself as one. You are responsible for your own staff, taxes, licences and costs.
2. What being authorised means
We authorise you to introduce customers to the projects listed for you in the portal. The authorisation is non-exclusive, applies only to the projects granted to you, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Authorisation for one project is not authorisation for any other.
3. What you may not do
- Change a price, payment plan or discount. Only what the portal publishes is authorised.
- Promise an allotment, possession date, rental return, resale value or profit.
- Collect cash, or take any customer money into your own or your staff's account.
- Issue your own receipt, allotment letter or confirmation of any kind.
- Present yourself as Vantage, or use our names or marks beyond the materials we publish.
- Advertise a project using claims, prices or images we have not approved.
Any of these may end this agreement immediately.
4. Customer money
Customers pay only into the official bank accounts printed on the quotation, invoice or receipt for that project, in the name of the company shown there. Every genuine payment produces an official receipt the customer can verify online. If a customer offers you money directly, refuse it and direct them to the account on the document.
5. Commission
Commission is earned on funds that have actually been received and verified — never on a booking form alone. The rate, milestones and any conditions are those recorded for that project in the portal at the time of the booking.
If a booking is cancelled or a customer defaults, commission already credited is reversed. Tax is withheld at the rate the law requires on the date of payment, and you are responsible for your own tax filing.
6. Registration and other fees
Any registration or administration fee is a fee for processing and maintaining your partner account. It is not an investment, not a deposit, not a booking amount, not a franchise, and it does not buy inventory, territory, leads, a minimum number of sales, or any commission. Refunds are only as stated at the time you pay.
7. Customer information
Customer details you enter belong to the customer and are held by us. Use them only to serve that customer's interest in our projects. Do not sell, share or reuse them elsewhere. Do not send customer identity documents over WhatsApp or any other unprotected channel. Registering a customer does not give you ownership of that person.
8. Conduct and compliance
You will follow the law, including anti-money-laundering rules, verify customer identity where we ask, and refuse any transaction that looks like it is disguising the source of money. You will not offer or accept a bribe, kickback or facilitation payment in connection with our projects.
9. Suspension and ending this agreement
Either of us may end this agreement at any time with written notice. We may suspend your access immediately where we reasonably suspect fraud, misrepresentation or a breach of section 3.
If this agreement ends, commission you have already properly earned on verified funds remains payable. Access to the portal stops, and your records remain with us for as long as the law requires.
10. No guarantee
We do not guarantee inventory availability, that any customer will buy, any level of sales, any income, or that any project will proceed on a particular timetable. Prices and plans change.
11. Changes to these terms
We may publish a new version. If a change is material, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can keep using partner features. Every version you have accepted stays on your record.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The English text is the operative version; any translation is provided for convenience only.
