How we expect partners to work
Short version: be accurate, be reachable, and never touch a customer's money.
Represent us accurately
- Quote only the current price from the portal. If a customer shows you an old price, check before you answer.
- Say "subject to availability and the published payment plan" — because it is.
- Never promise possession dates, guaranteed rent or resale profit.
- Describe yourself as an authorised partner of Vantage, never as Vantage.
Handle customers properly
- Register every customer you work with, before you take them to site. The Vantage team confirms site visits on your record.
- Answer your registered number. A customer who cannot reach you will be reassigned.
- Keep customer documents in the portal, not in your phone gallery or a WhatsApp thread.
- Compete fairly. A customer may speak to more than one partner, and the partner who completes the booking earns the commission. Never mislead a customer about another partner, a price or availability to win a booking.
Money
- No cash. Ever. Not as a favour, not as a token, not "to hold the unit".
- Payments go to the account printed on the document, in the name shown there.
- Only Vantage issues receipts. If a customer needs proof, the receipt is verifiable online.
Guides, videos and how accounts are described
- Vantage's guides, videos, charts, walkthroughs and demo accounts explain how the portal works. They are illustrations for guidance only: simplified, made with sample data, and possibly behind the current portal. They are not an offer, a promise or a term of your partnership. Where a guide differs from the portal, your signed agreement or these documents, the portal, the agreement and these documents prevail.
- Any word used in a guide, video, chart or message to describe a Vantage account or a payment (for example "escrow", "holding" or "deposit") is a plain description for guidance. It does not create an escrow, a trust or any other legal arrangement, and it does not change how a payment is held or applied, which the booking documents and the law govern.
- Describe Vantage's accounts to customers only as the quotation, booking form or payment screen names them. Never tell a customer that money is held in escrow or in trust, or that it is guaranteed or refundable, unless Vantage has confirmed it in writing.
- A payment counts only once Vantage has verified it against its bank statement and issued its official receipt.
Marketing
- Use the creatives in the Marketing Hub and the Content Calendar. They are approved.
- Do not edit approved prices, dates or claims in a post.
- Do not run paid advertising using Vantage's name without asking us first.
If something goes wrong
Tell us early. A mistake reported quickly is a problem we solve together; one we discover later is a breach. Raise it through Support in the portal so there is a record.
